Prices

Price List shows SSP (Europe Suggested Selling Price), Europe trade prices, and minimum order quantities, with all prices in euros (€)

Our Delivery terms are on a DAP basis, for parcels and DDP for Pallets

Europe import duties and VAT are customers responsibility in aligning with destination
country regulations.

Orders

Minimum order value of €500 net, orders below this value will not be processed

Orders to be emailed to ava@edxeducation.com

Account customers - orders will be despatched within 7-10 working days

Pro-Forma customers - orders will be despatched within 7-10 working days after
receipt of funds - customers will be informed of any out of stock items

To arrange order to your freight forwarder in the UK, a surcharge €5 per parcel
and a pallet charge €100

Freight

Orders over €2,000 – 40% subsidized freight 

Orders from €750 to €2,000 - 15% subsidized freight

All freight to be organised by Edx Education UK

All parcel freight to be organised by Edx Education UK, carriage costs are
calculated based on the weight and dimensions of orders.

Pallet freight, based on the product and order size, can either be collected by the
customer or arranged through EDX using a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) carriage service.
Final freight pricing will be determined and provided once packing is completed at the
warehouse

Credit terms

New customers – payment before shipment for first order, credit facilities may be
offered for ongoing orders subject to satisfactory credit check

Delivery shortages and damages

All claims for shipping discrepancies and damaged goods must be reported by email
within 14 days of receipt of goods, and be accompanied by supporting photos

All claims for defective goods must be reported within 90 days, and be accompanied by supporting photos


Testing Standards and Warranty

Products are tested to ensure compliance with statutory safety standards

Products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months
