Refund policy

Edx Education UK

1. If an item has been delivered D/D and the recipient then decides that they have ordered in error, for example water tray is too large for space, we would accept the goods back with condition (as long as it is untouched and packaging not damaged) We ask the customer to send it back to the warehouse in the future we are considering a re-stocking fee (normally 10%) to the distributor depending on what the warehouse is charging for restocking and returns.

2. If the item has been used and the recipient has no legitimate reason for returning the goods then we do not accept returns.

3. If the item is damaged or broken we always ask for images before deciding upon remedial action.

4. If the damage/breakage relates to a manufacturing fault, our default is to offer a replacement, if recipient does not wish to have a replacement then we would have the goods returned at our cost for credit, in certain cases it is uneconomical to collect broken items so we would issue credit and ask the customer to dispose of them, these are rare cases, each treated on merit.

5. We charge a restocking fee and it is the returnee's responsibility to ensure a safe delivery of the return parcel. We would always recommend a tracked service as we can not be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels prior to them arriving at our warehouse.
